// REFUND POLICY

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

This does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to services which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

// PAYMENT METHODS & REFUNDS

Refunds are processed back via the original payment method. We accept the following:

BANK TRANSFER: Refunded to originating account
PAYPAL: Refunded to your PayPal account
CRYPTO: Refunded at EUR value via agreed method
CASH: Refunded via bank transfer after verification
PADDLE CHECKOUT: Handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record; Paddle's terms apply

// CONSUMER RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.

To cancel, email us at lain@aluy.net before the 14-day period expires.

If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. The reimbursement will use the same payment method as your original transaction at no additional cost to you.

Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, or to services which you have had the benefit of.

// SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

Cancel anytime from the customer portal. Services terminate at the end of the billing period unless you select immediate cancellation.

Data is scheduled for deletion 7 days after termination.

// HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email lain@aluy.net with your order ID. We respond within 3 business days.
