Refunds & Cancellations

• 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers on new purchases.

• Pro‑rated refunds for full unused months on renewals when applicable.

• Refunds follow statutory consumer rights regardless of payment method.

• If we cannot technically return funds to the original method (e.g., crypto or cash), we reimburse the EUR amount paid via SEPA transfer after verifying the payer.

EU consumers can withdraw from contracts within 14 days without giving reasons. This applies to all qualifying distance contracts, irrespective of the payment method used.

Loss of right: If you requested immediate service start and we fully performed, the right may be lost (Art. 16, Dir. 2011/83/EU).

Cancel anytime from the customer portal. Services terminate at the end of the billing period unless you select immediate cancellation.

Data is scheduled for deletion 7 days after termination.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cash, and cryptocurrency. Bank transfers require proper identification.

All payment methods are treated equally in terms of service delivery.

Important: Refunds are processed using the original payment method when technically possible. Where a direct refund is not feasible (e.g., crypto volatility or cash), we arrange an equivalent EUR reimbursement via SEPA transfer subject to identity verification.

Approved refunds are issued within 14 days. We prioritise the original payment method; where that is not possible, we provide a verified SEPA transfer of the EUR amount paid.
