We are responsible for our own content on this website pursuant to § 7 Abs. 1 DDG. Regarding third-party content, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity (§ 7 Abs. 2 DDG). Obligations to remove or block information under generally applicable law remain unaffected.

We are not liable for illegal customer content on hosted infrastructure unless we have actual knowledge of illegality and fail to act promptly where required by law (§§ 8–10 DDG).

Liability for links

Our pages may contain links to external third-party websites whose content we have no control over. We therefore cannot accept any liability for such external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; illegal content was not identifiable at the time. Continuous monitoring of linked pages is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such links promptly.
