The 10 Gbps port is shared with other customers, so full 10 Gbps throughput cannot be guaranteed at all times.

All VMs run under a fair use policy. Resources may be limited if usage impacts other users on the same node.
Outgoing mail ports (25, 465, 587) are blocked by default. Open a support ticket if you need them unblocked.
